New Executive Director StartsKennebec Estuary Collaboration hires Carrie KinneSeptember 8, 2008The Kennebec Estuary Collaboration, a formal partnership between the Lower Kennebec Regional Land Trust and the Phippsburg Land Trust, is now under the direction of Carrie Kinne. Carrie was selected from a large batch of impressive applications primarily for her marketing and fundraising skills. Carrie graduated from the University of Maine and has lived and worked in Maine all her life, spending the last twenty-five years working with a variety of non-profits. She grew up on the Kennebec River in Farmingdale but now lives in North Yarmouth and has a camp in Lincoln with her family. Carrie loves the State of Maine and exploring all the amazing places that make Maine “the way life should be”. Carrie will be working full time from the KEC office at 92 Front Street in Bath. She is assisted by two part time staffers - Office Assistant, Anne Reiter, and Alicia Heyburn, Outreach and Communications Director.
